The "No-Regrets" Policy 🛠️
At Building Character Co., every single item is custom-printed the moment you place your order. Because we don’t hold inventory, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for "change of mind" or ordering the wrong size.
Damaged or Defective Items 🆘
If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, a misprint, or is damaged during the shipping process, we’ve got your back. We’ll make it right.
• Step 1: Send an email to thebuildingcharacterco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
• Step 2: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage/error.
• Step 3: Once verified, we will send you a replacement at no extra cost. Character building is hard enough—your shopping experience shouldn't be.
Sizing Issues 📏
Please double-check our Size Guide on the product page before you hit the buy button. Since each shirt is made to order, we cannot swap it for a different size if it doesn't fit.
Lost Packages 📦
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out. We’ll check the machinery and make sure you’re taken care of.
Cancellations 🚫
Once an order enters the production line (usually within 2-4 hours), it cannot be cancelled. If you made a mistake, email us immediately and we’ll try to stop the machines.
