The Manufacturing Process 🏭

At Building Character Co., we don’t believe in mass-produced waste. Every item is printed specifically for you the moment you place your order. It’s better for the planet and ensures your gear is fresh from the factory line.

Shipping Times 🚛

Because your items are custom-made, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Once it leaves the factory, estimated delivery times are:

• Sweden: 3–7 business days.

• Europe: 5–10 business days.

• International: 7–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Character-building takes time, and so does the postal service.

Shipping Costs 💳

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

PRO TIP: Keep an eye out for our "Payday Deals" or spend over 500sek for potential free shipping offers.

Tracking Your Trauma 📦

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey from our factory to your front door.

Customs & Duties 🌍

For orders within the EU, no extra customs fees apply. For international orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any local import duties or taxes.

Lost or Damaged? 🆘
